Skills we can help you develop:

Independence doesn’t mean doing it all alone. It means having the tools, confidence, and systems that let you take the lead in your life. We’re here to support that process — not rush it.

    Community Access & Participation

We support you to get out and connect, whether that’s going to the shops, joining local activities, or simply enjoying being part of everyday life again. Re-engage with your community.

    What community access can include:

    • Attending local gyms, social groups/classes, community events, programs and meetings
    • Going shopping, out for coffee, or to the movies
    • Visits to parks, libraries, or nature walks
    • Exploring hobbies, sports, or faith-based activities
    • Volunteering or preparing for work readiness
    • Encouraging independence with public transportation

Being part of the community can restore confidence, create joy, and remind us that we belong. We don’t just focus on “going out” — we focus on building connection in ways that nourish you and fit your lifestyle.
