This stage is a high-intensity "reset" designed to strip away the stubborn buildup that standard maintenance cannot touch. We perform an aggressive degreasing of the kitchen, including a full internal oven restoration, rangehood filter decontamination, and a detailed sanitization of the dishwasher and microwave. In your wet rooms, we shift the focus to the chemical-free removal of calcified soap scum and heavy mineral deposits from shower glass and tile grout. This process extends to scrubbing splashbacks, descaling fixtures, and restoring bathroom walls, ensuring every high-use surface is returned to a "like-new" sanitary state.
Total Environmental Extraction & Detailing
Beyond the main surfaces, we provide a meticulous extraction of deeply embedded dust and debris from the home’s infrastructure. This includes clearing all HVAC vent covers, exhaust fans, and high-reach cornices of cobwebs and pollutants.
